TEXTO: Es grato dirigirme a Ud. para saludarlo muy cordialmente y por medio del presente comunicarles que para efectos de cumplir con las acciones de SEGUIMIENTO Y VERIFICACION del plan de equipamiento 2013, se requiere con carácter de muy urgente EL FORMATO: MATRIZ DE SEGUIMIENTO DE LA EJECUCION DEL PLAN DE EQUIPAMIENTO 2013 con los recursos transferidos mediante el DECRETO SUPREMO Nº 057-2013-EF. documentos que deberán ser remitidos tanto en físico en digital, debidamente firmados y sellados que servirán para la CONSOLIDACION y su remisión al Nivel Central -DGIEM-MINSA.
